Voting
Current investors vote on whether or not an asset should be taken to auction or listed for sale and also to approve or reject a collector's buyout offer to purchase the entire asset.
Exit
If the majority of shareholders on Rally vote yes, the asset is sold, and the profits are split amongst all shareholders. If the majority vote no, it returns to trading on Rally.
