whether or not an asset should be taken to auction or listed for
sale and also to approve or reject a collector's buyout offer to
purchase the entire asset.
Exit
If the majority of shareholders on Rally vote yes, the asset is sold, and the profits are split amongst all shareholders. If the majority vote no, it returns to trading on Rally.

One of just 100 examples produced, #03KOBE2 is a 2003-04 Upper Deck Exquisite Collection Patches Autographs Kobe Bryant Card graded BGS MINT 9. The card is autographed by Kobe, features a game-worn jersey patch, and is one of the top 24 examples graded by BGS, with 6 cards graded higher.
