sale and also to approve or reject a collector's buyout offer to
purchase the entire asset.
Exit
If the majority of shareholders on Rally vote yes, the asset is sold, and the profits are split amongst all shareholders. If the majority vote no, it returns to trading on Rally.

Hermès’ flagship store has remained at 24 Rue du Faubourg in Paris since Charles-Émile Hermès took over the family business from his father in 1880. In 2019, Hermès released a limited-edition Birkin with a three-dimensional construction designed to resemble the façade of the iconic storefront. #FAUBOURG2 is a 2019 Hermès Faubourg Sellier Birkin 20cm in the blue colorway. Featuring 5 different types of leather, the Faubourg Sellier’s production was limited to just 100 examples, with 50 produced in the brown colorway and 50 produced in the blue colorway.
