After the Initial Offering is complete, a ~90 day cooling off period begins, during which no transactions occur in anticipation of trading.

Bid/Ask trading begins, giving you an opportunity to sell your shares or add to your position.

Voting
Current investors vote on
whether or not an asset should be taken to auction or listed for
sale and also to approve or reject a collector's buyout offer to
purchase the entire asset.
Exit
If the majority of shareholders on Rally vote yes, the asset is sold, and the profits are split amongst all shareholders. If the majority vote no, it returns to trading on Rally.

Yet even among other Birkin models, #BIRKINBOR is in a class of its own. The 35cm handbag features gold hardware and is made of Porosus Crocodile, considered to be the most valuable material used by Hermès to make Birkin bags. Sourced by Rally’s partner Privè Porter, #BIRKINBOR’s rich red coloration is so rare that it is rumored only a handful of this model are produced each year.
