If the majority of shareholders on Rally vote yes, the asset is sold, and the profits are split amongst all shareholders. If the majority vote no, it returns to trading on Rally.

The 35cm handbag features gold hardware and is made of Porosus Crocodile, considered to be the most valuable material used by Hermès to make Birkin bags. Sourced by Rally’s partner Privè Porter, #BIRKINBOR’s rich red coloration is so rare that it is rumored only a handful of this model are produced each year.
