If the majority of shareholders on Rally vote yes, the asset is sold, and the profits are split amongst all shareholders. If the majority vote no, it returns to trading on Rally.

In 1968, Jacques Seysses founded Domaine Dujac in Burgundy’s Morey-Saint Denis. Despite not growing up in Burgundy, he developed a talent and love for the wine business thanks to his father, who encouraged him to visit the greatest vintners in the world from a young age. #17DUJAC is two cases containing six (6) bottles each of the 2017 Chambertin from Domaine Dujac. Chambertin is one of Dujac’s most celebrated Grand Crus, with the 2017 vintage receiving a 93-96/100 from Wine Advocate which declared that year's Chambertin “one of the most exciting wines in the Dujac cellar.”
