OWN DONKEY KONG'S THIRD CHAPTER

’86 NES Donkey Kong 3

’86 NES Donkey Kong 3

In 1986, Nintendo “ported” their Donkey Kong 3 arcade game to the NES console, doubling down on their bet that the future of gaming resided in living rooms and basements rather than the traditional arcade scene. The third Donkey Kong game replaced Mario — who was introduced as “Jumpman” in the original 1981 Donkey Kong — with Stanley, an exterminator armed with bug spray, hell-bent on defending his precious greenhouse. #86DK3 is a 1986 NES Donkey Kong video game graded Wata 9.2 A+ and is 1 of 6 sealed examples graded by Wata. Nintendo recently brought the game back in 2019 for a re-release on the Nintendo Switch.
