OWN APPLE'S IPAD INNOVATION
’09 Apple iPad (Prototype)

Though it wouldn’t be released for another three years, the advancements of Apple’s iPad were key breakthroughs in the design of the iPhone. Despite starting development on the iPad as early as 2002, Apple prioritized the release of the iPhone in 2007. It wouldn’t be until 2010 that Apple unveiled the iPad, selling over 300K units on the first day. #IPADPROTO is a 2009 Apple Prototype 1st Generation iPad. Never meant for public eyes, #IPADPROTO only contains a storage capacity of around 2GB (compared to the 16GB version released the following year).
